• Go to Stripe.com at ‘’Transactions’’ zone ( https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments ) and find the transaction.
• Refund it or Partially refunded according to the agreed condition with the customer.
• After that go to ‘’Subscriptions’’ zone ( https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions ) and cancel the subscription with no refund because was already done in the second step that. Then it will be reverted to ‘’Trial Plan’’ automatically.
