Billing Plans

The Billing Plans page allows administrators to manage different subscription plans on the platform. It provides an overview of all available plans, along with options to create new plans and edit existing ones.

1. Table Overview

The main table displays all billing plans currently available on the platform. Each entry provides detailed information about the plan and its configuration.

Columns Description

  • ID: A unique identifier for the billing plan.

  • Plan Name: The name of the subscription plan (e.g., Trial Plan, Pro Plan).

  • Pricing: The cost of the plan in monetary terms.

  • Stripe Plan ID: The unique identifier for the plan on Stripe, used for payment processing.

  • Artist Count: The maximum number of artists allowed on this plan.

  • Song Count: The maximum number of songs allowed on this plan.

  • YT MCN Commission %: The commission percentage applied for YouTube MCN (Multi-Channel Network).

  • Rights Admin Commission %: The commission percentage applied for rights administration.

  • Music Distribution Commission %: The commission percentage applied for music distribution.

  • Created: The date when the plan was created.

  • Actions:
    Available actions for the administrator:

    • Copy Billing ID: Copy the Stripe Plan ID for easy reference.
    • Edit: Edit the plan details.

2. Create New Plan

When users click the Create New button, a form is presented for creating a new plan. The form contains the following fields:

Fields

  • Plan Name: The name of the new plan being created.

  • Pricing: The cost of the plan.

  • Stripe Plan ID: The Stripe Plan ID that corresponds to the pricing plan on the payment gateway.

  • Artist Count: The maximum number of artists allowed on the plan.

  • Song Count: The maximum number of songs that can be uploaded under the plan.

  • YouTube MCN Commission %: The commission percentage applied for YouTube MCN services.

  • Rights Admin Commission %: The commission percentage applied for rights administration services.

  • Music Distribution Commission %: The commission percentage applied for music distribution services.

  • Custom User: Administrators can select custom users for this plan.

Note: Make sure the customer has added their card. If not, the plan will not be activated. Once the plan is activated, the customer will be billed according to the selected plan’s amount.

3. Edit Plan

When administrators click on the Edit button for a plan, they can modify the details of the plan. The following fields are available in the edit form:

Editable Fields:

  • Plan Name
  • Pricing
  • Artist Count
  • Song Count
  • YouTube MCN Commission %
  • Rights Admin Commission %
  • Music Distribution Commission %
  • Custom User

Non-Editable Fields:

  • Stripe Plan ID: The Stripe Plan ID is locked and cannot be modified after the plan is created.
